    • Store your outdoor furniture after you leave and before summer

    • Install your window shades to reduce the heat and prevent UV damage
    • Spray for termites around the perimeter and lot areas
    • Turn off hot water tanks, electricity and water main if desired
    • Prepare refrigerator (open door and odor prevention)
    • Check mail and leave it locally or forward depending on your needs
  • Winterizing Services (before you arrive)
    • Remove your exterior window shades and store in your shed before your arrival
    • Place outdoor furniture and barbecue grill outdoors and ready for your arrival
    • Uncover and fully charge golf cart
    • Bicycle maintenance and tune-up to have them ready use
    • Remove all water containers and remove trap seals from drains
    • Turn on utilities (electricity and water) and set air conditioning to your desired temperature
    • Turn on appliances (water heater, refrigerator, air purifier, etc.)
    • Refill propane (LP) tanks
    • Purchase items (water, paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, food items, etc.) for your arrival
  • Off-Season Maintenance Subscription Plan
    • $25 monthly package includes:
      • Weekly Services
        • Check water level on containers placed in park model for humidity control
        • Pickup mail and forward if desired
        • Keep all plumbing traps full (water)
        • Turn on all fixtures, including dishwasher and disposal and inspect for leaks
        • Visual inspection of park model and shed for any deterioration, taking pictures for reference
        • Inspect water heater for leaks and ensure it’s in proper working order
        • Check for landscape issues, and any plants/trees/weeds in need of attention
        • Ensure refrigerator and freezer are working properly
          • If powered off, will open door and take odor preventative measures)
      • Monthly Services
        • Blow off all concrete surfaces, decks, patios and porches
        • Treat outside areas for weeds
        • Make sure all exterior and interior lights are working properly
        • Provide pictures of park model, shed and lot conditions noted above in a report format
      • One-time Services
        • Replace furnace filters one-time or as often as requested
        • Replace 9-volt batteries in smoke, propane, radon or other detectors
